note that if the during holidays we guarantee delivery as per notice
on main page. Because of high order volumes, we set a guarantee date

we don't believe in gouging our customers with inflated shipping and
handling charges so we charge the shipping cost carriers bill us for
and we keep our handling charges to a minimum. The result is a lower
overall cost to you and some of the lowest shipping and handling charges

Upon
shipment of your goods, we will contact you via e-mail and provide
you with your tracking number.
Return
Policy:
We will accept returns if we receive the kit in perfect condition
within 30 days from the date the customer received it. We will reimburse
the customer's credit card minus shipping, handling charges.
Canadian
Orders: The Canadian Customs Department will assess import duties
on all Canadian orders. Please contact your customs department to
inquire about such duties. We will not accept chargebacks because
customers refuse to pay these duties.
All international sales are final! You will be asked to sign a chargeback
